The best way for a family business to go about this type of sale is by creating an entity to manage operations for the new owners/members. For that reason, Wolf Marine Inc. created the Wolf Marina Cooperative Association, which is entirely independent of Wolf Marine Inc..
To become a member of Wolf Marina Cooperative Association, a membership must be purchased from Wolf Marine Inc.. The only other way to purchase a membership would be to purchase one from an existing member.
