HAUL OUT SCHEDULE
Fall forms have been sent out and are due by: August 29th Haul-out run will run from Sept. 22 – Oct. 17 Scheduling is first come, first served. We will do our best to honor your preferred week, but if it’s full, you’ll be assigned the next available. We do not accept haul-out requests by phone. Submit forms by email, mail, or in person. If you have more than one slip, please fill out a separate form for each one. If we do not receive your request by August 29th, your haul-out week will be assigned for you. The final schedule will be posted here by Sept. 12th as well as in the Marina office. *Scheduling may vary due to weather conditions or equipment failure*
SELF-HAUL REMINDERS
Everyone MUST return a form – even if you are pulling the boat yourself! If you’re pulling your own boat, it must be out by October 13th. The launch will remain open nights/weekends for self-use. Please haul outside business hours so staff can work uninterrupted. You are responsible for removing your own lines and cords.
PREPAIRING YOUR BOAT
Boat MUST be ready the Monday of your assigned haul out week. This includes: Remove all personal items and trash Empty holding tanks and porta-pottis Do NOT empty porta-pottis in restrooms — use the dump station near the showers. NOTE: Pump-out station will close Oct. 13 (weather permitting) & Dockside pump-outs end Sept. 22 *Pump-outs are available the day of haul out by request We’ll remove and store your shore power cords and dock lines in your boat when we pull the boat. Showers close Oct. 6th. Office weekend hours end after October 11th.
LEASE RENEWALS & WINTER STORAGE
Lease & 1st payment due: October 1st If we don’t receive both, your slip will be released to the next person on the waitlist. If you’re renewing, winter storage is included in your 2025–2026 lease starting Oct. 1st. Not renewing but need storage? It’s available at $29.00/ft LOA. Visit the office to sign a storage lease. Note: Storage fees cannot be credited toward a lease.
TRAILERS
Available by appointment with a 48 hour notice. If your trailer is not here and needed for haul-out, it must be delivered by Sept. 22nd *Stop by the office for an ID tag for your trailer* All trailers must be in good working condition. This includes: Tires, winch cables, straps
FALL SERVICES
Bottom washes: Pressure Wash Premium Wash (only available during first 3 weeks of haul out) Pump Holding Tank: Day-of pump-outs available at dockside rate $150 surcharge applies if holding tank is pumped once boat is on land
Winterization: Our winterization form has been emailed out to all of out boaters. We also have paper copies available in the marina office. Forms should be turned in no later than August 29th. Rick, our lead tech, will be in the office Wednesday, Aug. 20 from 5pm to 7 pm to answer any questions and help fill out winterization forms. Forms for Sam’s Marine will also be available in the office.
Shrink wrap: Only Sam’s Marine or Boat Doctor may shrink wrap on site Forms for both will be available in the Marina Office.
AFTER YOUR BOAT IS PULLED
We’ll notify you by email once your boat is hauled and services performed by Wolf Marina are complete. If you’re not storing with us, please pick up your boat ASAP after haul-out.
